The role will involve advising a range of corporate institutional and high-net-worth individual clients on all aspects of corporate taxation. There will also be the opportunity to advise on a range of real estate taxation matters. The role will involve advisory work and both advising on and implementing transactions with direct and indirect Tax issues including; M&A transactions, corporate finance and investment funds. There may well be opportunities to advise on IR35, gaming duties, VAT planning.

The successful candidate will have an interest in advising on both personal and corporate tax. They should have experience of the tax aspects on the following below: • M&A transactions and the personal tax implications of such transactions • Corporate Finance • Property Transactions The role will involve advising on direct and indirect tax issues, cross border structuring and strategic advisory work for long established clients of the firm.

• Management of a varied and complex contentious property caseload, with a focus on residential disputes. • Exercise high standards of client care in a professional manner at all times. • To ensure that all client work is progressed in a timely fashion and that the client is kept regularly informed on progress and costs. • To ensure the confidentiality and security of all of the Firm's client documentation and information. • To play a key role in the success of both the team and the wider firm. • Development of client relationships as well as relationships with contacts in the industry. • Be responsible for achieving agreed levels of billing and time recording.

We are looking for an Associate to join our busy team. Candidates will ideally have 1-3 PQE and be confident in managing client relationships, workloads and priorities. We are looking for proactive applicants who are ambitious and have lots of drive and enthusiasm. Candidates should be commercial, creative legal thinkers wanting to develop a business, who are able to approach matters both from a legal as well as a commercial perspective. Sound commercial acumen is therefore a necessity, as well as the ability to 'think on your feet'.

Acting for a range of clients including developers, landlords, funders and contractors. Assisting with the preparation and negotiation of construction documentation, including consultants' appointments, building contracts (based on standard forms), letters of intent, collateral warranties, third party rights notices, parent company guarantees and performance bonds. Assisting in relation to the construction aspects of real estate transactions (commercial and high value residential), property finance and corporate transactions, including due diligence and the preparation of due diligence reports, raising and replying to enquiries.

Manage and maintain current social media channels and advise on new areas of development in support of wider social media content strategy to drive commercial growth. Content creation and upkeep of the company website (including the creation of digital graphics) in line with wider digital marketing strategy. Produce data driven monthly digital reports around social media, website and PPC campaigns, and make recommendations with defined action plans around improvements and new initiatives. Take a leading role in managing external SEO and PPC agencies to drive parent company’s global website traffic to our company’s website.

Work on global projects with the ability to demonstrate strong influencing skills with stakeholders at C-suite level. Deliver specific campaigns working alongside regional Marketing Managers to support new product launches and existing product portfolio improvements. Work with the Marketing team to direct website, social media platforms and digital marketing priorities with focused strategy, key metrics and recommendations.
